The project will introduce a hotel, conference center, parking garage, retail space, condominiums, and multifamily housing, marking a pivotal step in the city’s growth and revitalization.
The foundation of OFL Group lies in the proven track record of its founder, Chris Lawrence. Over the past 15 years, he has been instrumental in Downtown Bryan’s resurgence—delivering over $25 million in commercial work with landmark developments such as the Jordan Center, a $10.5 million five-story mixed-use facility. His contributions have earned recognition including the Mayor’s Downtown Impact Award and leadership roles on City boards and commissions, notably as Chairman of the Downtown TIRZ Committee.
