Revelry ("REV"), a $205 million mixed-use development anchored by a five-story, 128-key Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, marks the first phase of a three-phase master plan secured through a competitive RFP from the City of Bryan. As the signature element of phase one, the hotel will serve as both a hospitality destination and a catalyst for growth. Collectively, the three phases represent approximately $220 million in investment, completing the revitalization of Downtown Bryan and establishing it as the Brazos Valley’s premier destination to live, work, and gather.
OFL Group is leading phase one of the $220 million mixed-use project that will deliver a full-service hotel, conference center, condominiums, retail, and multifamily housing. Supported by $16.25 million in City contributions, the project will provide Downtown Bryan with new hospitality and residential offerings while catalyzing additional economic and cultural growth.
Phase one also aligns with the broader expansion of the Bryan–College Station metropolitan area, one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. It further complements Texas A&M University’s ongoing investment in Downtown Bryan, reinforcing the district as a hub for community life and economic opportunity.
Located on the final large-scale parcel in the district, the development serves as the capstone to decades of renewal efforts. OFL Group’s selection through the RFP process underscores both the City’s confidence in the firm’s capabilities and the community’s commitment to long-term growth.
